Cancellation Policy

Please remember that it is very important to give at least 24 hours prior notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions which are cancelled in a timely manner. If the Client cancels or reschedules their appointment within 4 hours for any reason, the Coach will charge a 30.00 USD cancellation/rescheduling fee.
